Aldebaran is a work of refinement. Shimano imrpoved the latest generation from the core of the reel. It begins with the Silent Tune feature. With additonal support system, it allows a quieter rotation of the reel. This reduces vibration translated to the line for a more stealth approach fishing. The new Aldebaran also features a shallower spool compared to previous edition. This greatly reduces the intertia and power necessary to cast light lures.
